Commonwealth Park

Commonwealth Park runs along the northern shore of Lake Burley Griffin and is the home of Floriade, Canberra's spring flower festival. Each September and October the lawns are laid out with large bulb and annual beds, tulips being the main event. The rest of the year it's open parkland with lake paths, good for a walk between the city centre and the lake. Being confirmed
